As Senior Service & UX Designer, I can work on complex design challenges, be part of digital transformation projects across industries (like banking, health-care, pharma, retail, automotive, digital industries, etc.) for major international clients, and create products and services that people love.
Usually, during the projects, I adapt my skillset accordingly to the approach (between "agile approach", "lean approach", "double diamonds approach" and "Google design sprints approach") at the project level by refining primary skills or evolving new ones.
