My Experience

As Service & Interaction Designer I have the opportunity to work on complex design challenges, part of digital transformation projects across industries for major international clients, and to create products and services that people love. Usually, during the projects, I adapt my skillset and methodology (between "lean methodology", "double diamonds" and "Google design sprints") at the project level by refining primary skills or evolving new ones. The reason of this approach is because my responsibilities are not limited on just leading interaction design and service design activities, as creative brainstorms, user research, develop deep insights, concept development, information architecture, and documentation with well-designed high fidelity wireframes. But they also include:
Facilitate & organise client workshops by adopting specific exercises and methods (e.g. Fjord Rumble method & Google Sprint method) and leading the client's discussion;
Manage, present all Service & Interaction Design deliverables and decisions to our clients and stakeholders;
Drive the development of MVPs and products by translating my knowledge in analysing the technical landscape, communicate with the frontend & backend developers and present back to the team, into improvement for the project and team;
Create outstanding prototypes with different rapid prototyping methods, ranging from paper sketching to digital prototype.
